After the Above Audio's success in Bombay Sappire's 'Blue Room Cocktail Competition' we thought it only fitting that the winner of the Gin & Tonic round, James Markandoo, puts his favourite Bombay Sappire cocktail up for this week's Cocktail Of The Week.  And what a beauty this drink is to sip during a rainy June; lemon, elderflower, ginger...they're all here shaken with the secret ingredient of cardamon spice!  Classic Gin flavours for, what will no doubt be, class in a glass.

50ml Bombay Sapphire gin

12ml Fresh lemon juice

12ml Home-made cardamon syrup

12ml The Festival Elderflower Company cordial

Shake and strain into a gingerbread syrup-rinsed glass. Garnish with slice of ginger root and a cardamon pod.
