A collaboration of the Spanish spiced vanilla liqueur "Licor 43" and the popular South American cocktail "Pisco Sour" is what we will be shouting about for the next week at Above Audio. 

The 'Sour' is a great classic drink using the unusual ingredient of egg white, added to lemon juice, sugar and bitters.  Served on the rocks or straight up, the 43 Pisco Sour is a Latin beauty sure to widen your eyes to the possibilities of enjoying a drink in Above Audio.

25ml Licor 43

25ml Pisco

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

2 Dashes Chocolate bitters

1 small egg white

Shake ingredients without ice for 10 seconds

Then shake with ice for 10 seconds

Strain into a whiskey glass

Garnish with grated chocolate
