Made by Nicky this week, his first offering to our books is a zesty little number using the much over-looked whiskey liquer Southern Comfort. Peach schnapps and orange juice give the drink the fruity base, some freshly squeezed lime juice for the zing and a handful of mint give it a twist of flavour that'll keep you ordering it all night. Lastly Nicky's added some Old Fashion bitters to bring out the spicier side of the Southern Comfort and shaken it all together for a drink that will definitely show his natural talent to the trade.

How to make:

37.5 Southern Comfort

12.5 Peach schnapps

25ml freshly squeezed lime juice

25ml orange juice

5-6 mint leaves

1 dash of Fee Brothers Old Fashion bitters

Shake and fine strain into a martini glass.
