We're celebrating a new kid on the block here at Above Audio; by 'block' we mean Vodka shelf and this 'new kid' is from our Swedish compadres at Absolut.  The latest edition to their flavour range is called 'Wild Tea' and we couldn't resist but concoct a twist on the Breakfast Martini with it hence the BBQ for Breakfast being created.

All classic breakfast flavours are represented in this fantastic Cocktail of the Week; Tea, marmalade, egg, smokey bacon and a fresh (lemon) juice resulting in a balanced breakfast.

If you fancy making one at home here's how:

50ml Absolut Wild Tea

25ml Lemon Juice

1 Tea Spoon Marmalade

1 Bar Spoon (5ml) Laphroaig Single Malt

1 Egg White

Shake hard with ice

Strain into a glass rimmed with Smoked Sea Salt
